Shipping policy
Shipping Policy: Once an order has been packaged and accepted by USPS or the selected shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. I have no control over the package while it is in transit, including any delays, misrouting, or delivery issues. Customers receive a tracking number to monitor their shipment. If a package is marked as delivered or experiences carrier-related issues after acceptance by the carrier, the customer must work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. I fulfill my obligation by preparing the order correctly and delivering it to the carrier for shipment.
Tracking information confirms that the order was shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout and was accepted by the shipping carrier. The seller fulfilled the order in accordance with the store’s shipping policy.
